My Husband’s Reaction to this Creamy Carrot & Pineapple Smoothie

My husband was skeptical of combining carrots with pineapple and he wouldn’t let me make him his own Creamy Carrot & Pineapple Smoothie. But after he took a tentative sip of mine he of course wanted his own.  What a Win for this mama (he really is picky about smoothies)

Baobab Powder

So let’s talk a bit about that optional ingredient down there in the recipe called Baobab Powder. I’ve been eyeing this super food powder for a while at Wal-Mart, but you can also get it from Amazon. It is a great addition to this smoothie adding calcium, magnesium, vitamin C and other minerals plus it adds fiber without a huge load of carbs. Which helps to keep your blood sugars stable. So maybe take a look at this when you can.
