Ingredients
  • 1 pound bell peppers (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 pound yellow onions (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 pound celery (cut into 1" pieces)
Instructions
  1. Cut all ingredients into ½" to 1" pieces. Place into storage bags and freeze to use in recipes that call for store bought seasoning mix.
