  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 Tablespoons Low Carb Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup THM Baking Blend
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped nuts (optional, I typically use walnuts, almonds or pecans)
Instructions
Prepare Grandma's Pie Crust and place in a 9" greased pie plate.
Prepare the filling if you haven't done so in advance.
To prepare the Topping:
  1. Cream the butter and sweetener, add baking blend and mix until combined and crumbly, stir in nuts if using.
To Assemble:
  1. Pour filling into prepared crust, sprinkle butter pieces or shreds acrossthe top of the filling.
  2. Sprinkle topping mixture on top of the filling and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
