Cucumber Radish Slaw

- 2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp THM Gentle Sweet (1/4 tsp THM Sweet Blend)
- ¼ tsp High Mineral Salt
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cups Cucumber strings or slices
- 1 cup Radish strings or slices
- ½ cup Red pepper Strips
- 2 TBS Green Onion, Chopped
- In a large bowl whisk the first 5 ingredients together.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately or chill for 2 hours before serving
