Strawberry Pineapple Salad

A light and energizing salad studded with strawberries and crushed pineapple.
Ingredients
  • 6 fresh strawberries, cut
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 4 TBS crushed pineapple (you could use tidbits also but they won't mix in as well)
  • 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1 TBS chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Dice your celery
  2. Cut up your strawberries
  3. Place into a bowl, add cottage cheese and pineapple.
  4. Mix everything together gently. and Sprinkle the walnuts on top.
  5. Enjoy
Notes
