Sugar Free Chocolate Snack Cakes

A nostalgic snack cake that brings back fond memories without the sugar rush.
  1. Place drained and rinsed beans into the blender
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend on medium to high depending on how powerful your blender is ( you want the consistency of cake batter)
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven, mine took 25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and turn out from pan onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
For Mama's like me this is an S dessert. I filled these with Whipped Coconut Cream and frosted with chocolate ganache.
