A natural seed butter that replaces peanut butter
Ingredients
  • 12 oz roasted sunflower seed kernels
  • 2-3 TBS Medium Chain Triglyceride or Coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Place seeds into food processor and grind until a paste forms.
  2. Add oil and process until smooth
