A Satisfying low carb bake and fry mix for coating poultry, beef, pork, fish and vegetables. It also works great as a casserole topping to add texture and crunch.
Ingredients
1 large bag Pork rinds
1 cup onion flakes
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup
Low Carb Bakers Blend
or
THM Baking Blend
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
Instructions
Place pork rinds into blender and pulse to break them up a bit.
Add all ingredients to blender/processor.
Pulse until combined
Notes
Use this Bake &Fry Mix to coat chicken, fish, pork, beef or veggies for a satisfying crunch.
