Ingredients
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Grapeseed oil
  • ¼ cup MCT Oil
Instructions
  1. Place Egg into a 2 cup wide mouth mason jar. Add oils.
  2. Use immersion blender pushed all the way to the bottom of jar and blend.
  3. Store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
