Cherry Cheesecake Crumble with Brownie Bits Cereal

A yummy Cherry Cheesecake Crumble cereal that fits into a low carb or Trim Healthy Mama Lifestyle
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Whey protein powder
  • 2 TBS Oat Fiber
  • 2 TBS Coconut Flour
  • ⅓ cup Sweet Blend ( I used homemade)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 TBS 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Cherry extract
  • 3-4 drops of food coloring (optional)
  • ¼ cup Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 Batch modified Trim Mint Cereal
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Place all dry ingredients into a bowl. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add yogurt and coconut oil and combine. Mixture will be crumbly.
  4. Dump onto a baking sheet (it needs to have raised edges to ensure that the oil doesn't leak off) lined with parchment .
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and stir while still hot, it is okay if it looks like it melted all together, clumps will form as you stir.
  7. Allow to cool, cereal will crisp up A LOT as it cools. break apart into bite size pieces.
  8. Mix both the Brownie Bites and the the Cherry Cheesecake together before storage.
Notes
For Brownie bites use Crispy Trim Mint Cereal and omit the mint extract replacing with vanilla.
Serving size is ½ cup.
This should make 6-8 servings
