Hickory Smoked Salt

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Salt (I use High Mineral Salt)
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring (Hickory)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn oven off.
  2. Mix salt and liquid smoke. Dump onto a parchment lined baking sheet and place in oven. Allow to "cook" for 3 hours. Remove from oven. Break up lumps of salt and store in an airtight container.
