Spicy Oven Roasted Okra

- 12 ounces okra, frozen or fresh
- 1½ teaspoons coconut oil, melted(or you can just spray them)
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika (I used smoked)
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Toss okra with oil or spray with coconut oil cooking spray.
- Combine spices in a small bowl and toss oil coated okra in them until coated. Dump onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Roast Okra for 12-15 minutes turning once or until done.
