A great replacement for Lawery's Seasoned Salt that is Sugar Free and fits within Trim Healthy Mama.
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup THM Mineral Salt
  • 4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Low Carb Brown Sugar
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or a coffee grinder and pulse to combine.
