Stabilized Whipped Cream for all your dessert needs.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon THM Just Gelatin or unflavored gelatin
4 teaspoons water
1 cup whipping cream
1½ teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend (powdered)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Chill a large mixing bowl and your beaters for about 15 minutes.
Place water in a small measuring cup or microwave safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and allow to bloom for 5 minutes.
Remove bowl and beaters from freezer, place cream, sweetener and vanilla into mixing bowl.
Warm gelatin mixture in microwave for about 10 seconds, set aside.
Begin mixing the cream,sweetener and vanilla until you reach soft peak stage. Slowly add gelatin mixture in a steady stream while continuing to beat whipped cream until medium stiff peaks form.
Pipe or spread cream onto dessert, extra cream may be stored refrigerated for about 7 days.
Notes
This whipped cream will set up a bit more after it is refrigerated.
