- 2 large tomato (sliced ½" thick)
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil (melted or spray)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Slice tomatoes and place slices on lined baking sheet, top with parmesan cheese and drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
