Ingredients
  • 2 large tomato (sliced ½" thick)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil (melted or spray)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Slice tomatoes and place slices on lined baking sheet, top with parmesan cheese and drizzle with oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
