Air Fryer Roasted Garlic (with an oven option)

Sweetly savory fresh oven roasted garlic from your air fryer or oven.
Ingredients
  • 4 heads garlic
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or coconut oil)
Instructions
  1. Slice the tops off of your garlic heads.
  2. Place on a square of foil that will cover the heads.
  3. Drizzle with oil. Fold foil around garlic and seal.
For the Air Fryer:
  1. Place in the packet in your air fryer basket.
  2. Cook at 390 degrees for 15 Minutes or until garlic is golden.
  3. Carefully remove packet from air fryer and squeeze garlic cloves into a small jar.
  4. You can also serve immediately on low carb bread or crackers.
For the Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place packet on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden.
  3. Carefully remove packet from your oven and squeeze garlic cloves into a small jar.
  4. You can also serve immediately on low carb bread or crackers.
