Probiotic Roasted Garlic & Chive Dip

- ½ cup garlic cloves (roasted and peeled)
- ½ cup low fat kefir (strained)
- ½ cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons minced fresh chives (1 TBS of dried chives)
- ⅜ teaspoon THM Mineral Salt
- 1 dash freshly ground pepper
- Puree garlic cloves in a food processor until smooth.
- In a small bowl add the rest of the ingredients stirring well with a whisk to combine. Add garlic and stir well.
- Chill for 30 minutes to let flavors marry.
