Probiotic Roasted Garlic & Chive Dip

A Creamy roasted garlic and chive dip that is packed with healthy probiotics.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup garlic cloves (roasted and peeled)
  • ½ cup low fat kefir (strained)
  • ½ cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons minced fresh chives (1 TBS of dried chives)
  • ⅜ teaspoon THM Mineral Salt
  • 1 dash freshly ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Puree garlic cloves in a food processor until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl add the rest of the ingredients stirring well with a whisk to combine. Add garlic and stir well.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes to let flavors marry.
