Serves: 4 servings
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend
- 1/16 teaspoon THM Mineral Salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup strawberries (cleaned & quartered)
- Place all ingredients into a pint size mason jar.
- Close and secure lid tightly.
- Shake for 2-5 minutes or until doubled in volume
- Freeze for 3-24 hours.
- To Serve:
- Allow to jar to sit on counter for about 5-10 minutes.
- Scoop Ice cream into bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
