- Cook chana dal. rinse and reserve cooking liquid.
- Process dal in a food processor or blender until smooth ( you may need to add 1-2 Tablespoons of the cooking liquid
- Add peanut flour, sweetener and salt, process until combined.
- Either drizzle the mct oil on top of the hummus before serving or blend with ingredients in the food processor or blender.
