Place all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend to combine.
Preheat waffle cone maker.
When the light comes on, place ⅛th cup (2 TBS) of batter just above center of the plate and lower the lid.
Cook for 20-30 seconds. My cone maker has a light that indicates when it is done... but you may want to chck for doneness a bit sooner.
Carefully lift the disc from waffle cone maker and wrap around the cone form, pressing slightly on the edge to seal. Allow to cool on the form while cooking the next cone.
Allow cones to sit overnight uncovered so that they harden.
Dip the points in melted chocolate to stop drips. You may also need to seal the edges of your cones with chocolate if they do not seal during cooling.
