Okra Poppers

Easy as you please okra poppers that can be baked in the oven or roasted in the Air Fryer.
Ingredients
  • 6 each okra pods (split in half)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 slices bacon (cut in quarters)
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut tops from the okra pods, split each pod in half.
  2. Cut bacpn strips in half length wise and then again horrizontally. Set aside
  3. Stuff each pod with cream cheese and wrap in bacon
  4. Bake at 400 degress for 15 minutes.
  5. Air Fryer: Bake at 360 degrees for 10-15 minutes
