Rich vanilla extract made using the sues vide cooking method. This saves so much time!! As well as the traditional method of making aged vanilla extract.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 6 whole vanilla beans
Instructions
  1. Split vanilla beans and place into a glass jar
  2. Pour Vodka over beans and seal jar
For the Traditional Method
  1. Place jar in a dark cabinet and shake it every few days.
  2. Vanilla will be ready for use in about 3 months.
For the Sues Vide Method
  1. Process at 130 Degrees for 4 -6 hours.
  2. allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. store in a cool dark cabinet
