Homemade Vegetable Bouillon Powder

A soothing homemade vegetable bouillon powder that can be made into a cup of broth or used to season your meats vegetables and other dishes.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes ((40 g))
  • 2 tablespoons THM Mineral Salt
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes (can substitute 1 tablespoon onion powder)
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon wasabi powder (optional)
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend
  • 1 teaspoon THM Integral Collagen (leave out for a vegetarian option)
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium-size bowl and whisk to combine well. Place in a resealable glass container (a small mason jar works great) and store in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry pantry until ready to use.
Notes
!To make broth:
1 TBS of powder mixed into 1½ cups water.

!Use to season soups stews and more.
