Air Fryer Apple Slices {THM E, Low Fat}

A simple easy snack of sweetly spiced air fried apple slices.
Ingredients
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple (cored and sliced thinly)
  • 2 teaspoons Low Carb Brown Sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch THM Mineral Salt
Instructions
  1. Core and slice your apple sprinkle apple slices with low carb brown sugar, cinnamon and mineral salt
  2. Heat your Air fryer to 390 degrees
  3. Place slices in your basket leaving room between the slices. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Place slices in a bowl to cool.
  4. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve with 0% Greek Yogurt for dipping.
