Air Fryer Seasoned Jicama Fries
- 2 cups jicama (cut in ¼" strips)
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- Peel and slice jicama. Place into a medium bowl.
- Combine spices. set aside.
- Drizzle or spray jicama strips with avocado oil. sprinkle spices over the strips and toss to coat.
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees
- Place jicama into the basket and cook for 20-25 minutes shaking the basket every 5 min to allow for even cooking.
