Air Fryer Seasoned Jicama Fries

Ingredients
  • 2 cups jicama (cut in ¼" strips)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice jicama. Place into a medium bowl.
  2. Combine spices. set aside.
  3. Drizzle or spray jicama strips with avocado oil. sprinkle spices over the strips and toss to coat.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees
  5. Place jicama into the basket and cook for 20-25 minutes shaking the basket every 5 min to allow for even cooking.
