- 2 Tablespoons THM Mineral Salt
- 2 Tablespoons paprika (smoked)
- 3 teaspoons onion powder
- 3 teaspoons thyme
- 1½ teaspoons ground black pepper
- 3 teaspoons white pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
- Put all ingredients into a spice grinder and pulse to combine.
- Use to season chicken before roasting.
- Store in an air tight jar or container out of direct sunlight.
