Super Crispy Chicken Thighs

Easy super crispy chicken thighs made in the air fryer (or you can bake them in the oven)
Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons THM Mineral Salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic (dried)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil (spray)
Instructions
  1. Thaw chicken thighs.
  2. Add baking powder to a small bowl with salt, pepper and garlic, stir to combine. Sprinkle over chicken skin.
  3. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Place chicken on air flow racks or into your basket and into your Air Fryer.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes at 360 flipping ½ way through the cooking cycle
