Chocolate Protein Bars

Easy do it yourself chocolate protein bars that travel well and taste great!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup THM Pristine Whey Protein - Chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons THM Integral Collagen
  • ¼ cup THM Oat Fiber
  • ¼ cup THM Gentle Sweet w/o xylitol
  • ¼ tsp THM Mineral Salt
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter (or coconut butter)
Optional: Peanuts or Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined. (If dough seems a bit dry, add 1-2 tbs additional water at the very end to help bring it together, but add slowly, and only if needed.)
  2. Form the dough into 6 rectangular logs on a piece of parchment paper or press evenly into molds.
  3. Let bars sit at room temperature to set for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate/freeze about 10 minutes, until firm.
Storage:
To Store at room temperature:
  1. Wrap bars individually with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  2. You can also place each one in a ziplock snack bag.
To Store in the Fridge or Freezer:
  1. They will last up to 14 days in the fridge, and for a few months in the freezer.
