Easy do it yourself chocolate protein bars that travel well and taste great!
Ingredients
1 cup THM Pristine Whey Protein - Chocolate
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons THM Integral Collagen
¼ cup THM Oat Fiber
¼ cup THM Gentle Sweet w/o xylitol
¼ tsp THM Mineral Salt
6 tablespoons water
¼ cup natural peanut butter (or coconut butter)
Optional: Peanuts or Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Place ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined. (If dough seems a bit dry, add 1-2 tbs additional water at the very end to help bring it together, but add slowly, and only if needed.)
Form the dough into 6 rectangular logs on a piece of parchment paper or press evenly into molds.
Let bars sit at room temperature to set for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate/freeze about 10 minutes, until firm.
Storage:
To Store at room temperature:
Wrap bars individually with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
You can also place each one in a ziplock snack bag.
To Store in the Fridge or Freezer:
They will last up to 14 days in the fridge, and for a few months in the freezer.
