Cheesy Chicken & Asparagus Bundles

Easy Cheesy Chicken & Asparagus Bundles that look fancy but taste great.
Ingredients
  • 2 8 ounce skinless boneless chicken breast (butterflied)
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ pound asparagus spears (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
  1. Butterfly each chicken breast. Season with itialian seasoning.
  2. Tuck Asparagus into the chicken, folding 1 side over on top of the asparagus
For the Oven:
  1. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with the cheese are broil until brown.
For the Air Fryer:
  1. Place on parchment lined rack or basket
  2. Air Fry at 350 for 20 minutes, Flipping at 10 minutes
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt in the warm Air fryer for 5 minutes. Or cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
Notes
I like to eat about ½ of 1 bundle with a large salad and then save the other half for lunch the next day
