Combine the ground turkey, ground beef with the onion, garlic, egg yolks, ketchup, baking blend and Mineral salt. Season with black pepper to taste. Mixing well.
Preheat your Air fryer to 350 degrees. *see notes about how to avoid smoking
Transfer the meatloaf mixture to your preferred baking style
In a drawer style fryer you can pack the mixture straight into the basket leaving a ½ inch gap around the edges to allow for proper air flow.
In an oven style fryer you can form your meatloaf onto 1 rack but place a small pan with water under the shelf with your meatloaf as a drip pan.
Air fry at 350 for 20 minutes. Carefully flip your meatloaf being careful not to spill the drippings. reshape as needed with a spatula.
Continue Air frying for an additional 20 minutes.
For the Glaze:
Combine glaze ingredients and spread over the meatloaf. Air Fry for an additional 5-10 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
Allow meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before transferring to a serving plate using a spatula.
Notes
To Avoid Smoking: In a drawer style fryer pace a small amount of water into the bottom of the drawer.
