- 5 pounds Round roast, trimmed (Mine was a top round)
- 2 tablespoons French Onion Soup Mix
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- Place roast on rotisserie spit.
- Rub oil on roast and cover with the french onion soup mix, pressing it into the roast.
- Place roast into your Air Fryer and secure the spit.
- Roast at 360 degrees for 30-35 minutes (rare), 40-45 minutes (medium/medium well)
- Tent roast and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving
- Adjustments for a drawer style:
- Rub roast with oil. preheat air fryer to 360 degrees
- Place roast fat side down in the drawer
- Roast for 15 minutes. Turn Roast over and roast for 15 minutes for Rare
Make sure to use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
Rare = 130 Degrees F
Medium = 150 Degrees F
Well = 170 Degrees F
