Air Fryer Roast Beef

Roast Beef that is perfectly seasoned and roasted in your air fryer. This makes a wonderfully flavorful sliceable roast beef.
Ingredients
  • 5 pounds Round roast, trimmed (Mine was a top round)
  • 2 tablespoons French Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
Instructions
  1. Place roast on rotisserie spit.
  2. Rub oil on roast and cover with the french onion soup mix, pressing it into the roast.
  3. Place roast into your Air Fryer and secure the spit.
  4. Roast at 360 degrees for 30-35 minutes (rare), 40-45 minutes (medium/medium well)
  5. Tent roast and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving
  6. Adjustments for a drawer style:
  7. Rub roast with oil. preheat air fryer to 360 degrees
  8. Place roast fat side down in the drawer
  9. Roast for 15 minutes. Turn Roast over and roast for 15 minutes for Rare
Notes
Make sure to use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
Rare = 130 Degrees F
Medium = 150 Degrees F
Well = 170 Degrees F
