Air Fryer Chicken Crisps

Crispy Chicken Crisps made from the skin from chicken pieces are great cracker substitute for lower carb meals and snacks.
Ingredients
  • 3 ounces chicken skin
Seasoning to taste
Instructions
  1. Remove skin from chicken thighs or breasts. Wash and pat dry.
  2. Lightly scrape the visible fat from skins
  3. Stretch them out onto sheets of parchment paper that with in your air fryer (you may need to do this in batches)
  4. Air Fry at 350 degrees for aprox 15-20 minutes
  5. You can season them before placing in the air fryer, however do this lightly as they concentrate as the skins render into crispy chips.
  6. Alternatively you can season just after removing from the air fryer.
  7. Allow to cool and enjoy.
  8. Store these in the refrigerator or freezer. You can re crisp them in the Air Fryer or Oven.
