Stevia Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Stevia Sweetened Cranberries that can be used as garnishes and in healthy recipes without any added sugar
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries (sliced in ½)
  • 2 teaspoons THM Gentle Sweet w/o xylitol
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or coconut oil)
Instructions
  1. Wash and sort cranberries. set on paper towels to dry
  2. Slice cranberries in half and place in a medium bowl
  3. Spritz with oil and toss with sweetener
For The Air Fryer Oven:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 170 degrees
  2. Spread Cranberries on the racks into 1 layer with some space for air flow (you may need to do this in batches, I was able to use all 3 of my racks to fit the whole batch).
  3. Dry cranberries for 6-8 hours shaking and rotating the racks every 2 hours.
For The Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Line baking trays with parchment and spread berries evenly over the surface of your tray
  3. Dry in the oven for 8-10 hours stirring berries every 2 hours.
