Hubby Lovin' Seasoning mix can be used on just about anything! This versatile mix first showcased itself as a healthy seasoning in Hubby Lovin' Chicken located in Trim Healthy Mama: Trim Healthy Table page 218
Ingredients
  • 4½ cups grated parmesan cheese, green can works great for this *see Notes for DF version
  • 1½ cups nutritional yeast * see Note
  • 1 cup dried parsley
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons THM Mineral Salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. In a medium to large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. You could also buzz this in your food processor for about 10 seconds.
  3. Store in the fridge or freezer for best results.
  4. This mix makes approximately 8 cups or 2 quarts of dry seasoning.

If you need a dairy free version ~ substitute nutritional yeast for the parmesan
If you do not have nutritional yeast ~ use all grated parmesan cheese.
