Pink Princess Salad Dressing

- ½ cup raspberries or raspberry vinegar
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sweetener, I used Pyure Organic Stevia, All Purpose Sweetener
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- combine vinegars, lemon juice, maynaise and sweetener in bowl or blender.
- drizzle olive oil into mixture while whisking or processing on low until combined
- add salt and pepper
