1 cup Pyure all purpose stevia sweetener (ground and sifted), you can also use THM Gentle Sweet
1 tbs + 1 tsp egg whites (pasteurized)
½ tsp cream of tartar
Instructions
Using an electric mixer on low, combine confectioners' sweetener, sifted, egg whites, and cream of tartar; beat on high until icing is whipped and opaque, about 2 minutes.
Thin with water as needed to make a stiff but spreadable icing.
