Sugar Free, Gluten Free Ginger Spice Mini Donuts
Ingredients
  • 1 large Egg (or 3 TBS of egg whites)
  • 1 TBS Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1TBS THM Oat fiber (or you can use psyillium husk powder)
  • 1 TBS Almond Flour
  • 1 TBS Pyure Organic Stevia (2 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend)
  • 1 TBS Golden Flax Meal
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
Instructions
  1. Beat the Egg, MCT oil, Almond milk,vanilla and sweetener.
  2. Add Psyillium Husk Powder, Almond Flour, Flax Meal and baking powder. Mix
  3. Spoon batter into donut crevices and close the lid, remove when Ready light is illuminated.
  4. Glaze or Frost with your favorite frosting.
