Sugar Free Blueberry Syrup

- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 TBS THM Gentle Sweet (2 tsp THM Sweet Blend)
- ¼ tsp xanthan gum
- Place Berries and Water into sauce pan heat over medium heat until berries pop.
- Add lemon juice and sweetener, allow to cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the xanthan gum.
- Syrup will thicken as it cools.
** omit lemon juice if making a cream/almond milk based syrup
