Sugar Free Blueberry Syrup

A delicious simple sugar free Blueberry syrup.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 TBS THM Gentle Sweet (2 tsp THM Sweet Blend)
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum
Instructions
  1. Place Berries and Water into sauce pan heat over medium heat until berries pop.
  2. Add lemon juice and sweetener, allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in the xanthan gum.
  4. Syrup will thicken as it cools.
Notes
** omit lemon juice if making a cream/almond milk based syrup
