Pots, Pans and Baking Sheets
Investing in quality pots, pans and baking sheets really pays off. My stainless pots and pans were my parents and show little to no wear and tear after daily use.

I found some cast iron pans at a thrift store and was able to re season them, as long as they are cared for properly cast iron can pass from generation to generation.

Heavy duty commercial baking sheets conduct heat more evenly than do their less expensive counterparts.
