Scrumptious Italian herb salad croutons that fit within a low carb lifestyle.

Instructions
  1. When making bread add 1 TBS Italian Seasoning to batter.
  2. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  3. Cut the bread into bite size chunks, about ¼-1/2 " in diameter. Place chunks on a baking sheet lined with parchment and sprayed with coconut oil.
  4. Bake at 250 for about 2 hours, stirring bread chunks 1or 2 times during baking.
  5. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container. you can freeze some so that they last longer due to no preservatives.
