- Cut mini peppers in ½ and deseed. Set aside.
- Make the Pepper Jack Pimento Chicken Spread
- Spoon cheese mixture into peppers.
- Place filled peppers onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 min or until cheese is bubbly and browned.
- Place filled peppers in your basket (I line mine with perforated parchment for easier clean up)
- Set Air Fryer Temp to 360 and bake for 5-8 minutes.
