We love to snack on these healthy dried blueberries so much that I am constantly making in my air fryer or the oven. I enjoy replacing raisins with this healthier option to get all of the wonderful nutrients.
As we were heading out on the road to start our camping adventures I made a batch of these dried blueberries to have for a snack in the truck. Little did I know that Rick would eat all of them! So one of the first things I did when we got to Georgia was to make another batch and guess what. HE ATE ALL OF THOSE TOO!!
I was super bummed so when I made the third batch I quickly hid a few for myself.
Dried Blueberries Are A Great Way To Replace Raisins
I really am not a huge fan of raisins instead I normally substitute dried apples or these Stevia Sweetened Dried Cranberries. We now have another option with these dried blueberries, although I feel like I need to be careful on how many I add to avoid a crossover while in weight loss mode of my Trim Healthy Journey. So I think I may just have to mix them up and pair the two together so we get more yummy berry goodness!!
I am thinking we can add them to our favorite granola recipe or too this Cranberry Walnut Stuffing or even this Mixed Berry Muesli.
