Easy Peasy Pizza Bites

June 4, 2015 by Judy 22 Comments

I love these Easy Peasy Pizza Bites !! They come together in no time with the new THM Baking Blend, and if you don’t have that well then we will just have to work something out, because these Easy Peasy Pizza Bites are the BOMB !!

Having 3 sons we used to go through pizza like crazy… they would make the recipes that used everything from homemade dough to refrigerator biscuits. Let’s make it healthy and get those tweens and teens on the side of healthy eating.

Being that today is National Cheese Day I figured I’d share how to make these in a cheesy goodness kind of way.

Easy Peasy Pizza Bites

There is cheese in the crusty parts and melted on top of these Easy Peasy Pizza Bites so so yummy!!!

ย

Grab your THM Baking Blend and let’s get Cooking! … I chopped up about 1 cup of toppings … you can use pretty much anything you would put on top of a pizza … Like These ideas:

Pepperoni

Bell Peppers

Mushrooms

Onions

Sausage

Ham

More Cheese

What’s your favorite pizza topping?

Sheri Graham has a recipe for a baking blend that is supposed to be similar to the THM blend.

Thanks for answering so fast! I went to the THM website and I saw the blend but last question… I saw it is a small bag how many breads can you make with each bag?

Each bag is 1 pound … I make a lot of recipes that use the Baking blend… so it’s hard for me to honestly answer that question…. I can tell you that 1 bag of blend normally lasts me about 2-3 weeks unless I bake larger cakes.I do sift it to help it last longer and break up any clumps

I am looking to make lunches for the work week. Do these work well to reheat in microwave?

I have never reheated them so I can’t say how they would reheat in the microwave. Please let me know if you try it ๐Ÿ™‚

I haven’t had that problem but you could probably dust the pan with some oat fiber if needed.
