This easy enchilada sauce was shared with me by one of our neighbors while we livid in kansas. My boys really enjoy when I make enchiladas using this sauce.

I love that I can make this enchilada sauce with regular tomato sauce or with my super simple no mato sauce. It comes together quickly and makes my enchiladas something to look forward to.
What You Need to make this Easy Enchilada Sauce
- cayenne pepper
- dried oregano
- ground cumin
- ground coriander
- onion powder
- THM Super Sweet Blend
- THM Mineral salt or the salt of your choice
- ground black pepper
- unsalted butter or coconut oil
- tomato puree or my Super Simple No Mato Sauce
Enchilada Sauce Recipe
- Serves: 6
- Calories: 135

- Fiber: 2g
- Protein: 1g
- Cholesterol: 31mg
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend
- ½ teaspoon THM Mineral Salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 ounces unsalted butter
- 12 ounces tomato puree
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add Spices.
- Stir to combine and cook until fragrant, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add Tomato puree. Stir to combine well.
- Allow sauce to simmer for about 5-7 minutes for flavors to combine.
- Use immediately or place into a heat proof container and store for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
