How To Make Lavash Dessert Shells In the Air Fryer
I normally keep strips of foil like this on hand to use when I am in need of a pastry form. You can cover them with parchment also to ensure that nothing sticks to them as it is cooking.
These homemade pastry forms can be used over and over again, just store them in a zip top bag when they have cooled completely.
Then I cut out 2″ circles from my Lavash bread and wrap them around the pastry form, securing them with a toothpick .
I spritz with oil and air fry these for 2-5 min at 400 degrees or until crispy. You can also brush with an egg/egg white wash and sprinkle them with a bit of sweetener so that they have a sweet crunch on the outside.
