Homemade Vegetable Bouillon Powder Recipe
- Serving size: 1 TBS
- Calories: 30

- ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes ((40 g))
- 2 tablespoons THM Mineral Salt
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes (can substitute 1 tablespoon onion powder)
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon wasabi powder (optional)
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend
- 1 teaspoon THM Integral Collagen (leave out for a vegetarian option)
- Place all of the ingredients in a medium-size bowl and whisk to combine well. Place in a resealable glass container (a small mason jar works great) and store in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry pantry until ready to use.
1 TBS of powder mixed into 1½ cups water.
