I love using my air fryer to make so many different meals and treats. My kids have always loved roasted turkey legs and now I can make as many as we want and need for holiday meals or when the mood strikes us.
My boys always disagreed over who was getting the turkey legs when they were younger, but now we don’t have that issue because I can make these.
Rick loves roasted turkey legs at festivals and fairs when we are able to attend them. He was super excited about these and how easy they are to make.
How I Season Air Fried Turkey Legs
I love using this Rotisserie Seasoning Blend or a simple sprinkling of THM mineral salt, black pepper with rosemary, thyme or oregano.
Keeping my seasonings simple allows for the flavors to really shine and makes it much easier to find side dishes that aren’t overpowered by spices.

Why I Use Fresh Turkey Legs vs Frozen Turkey Legs
I use fresh turkey legs or thaw them before roasting because it is easier to get the seasonings to stay put. Also trying to roast meats from frozen tends to make meat tougher as well as take longer to cook.
