I love that this Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing is so versatile. It is a wonderful dressing for a wedge salad along side your Grilled steak.
This Thick & Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing also works great as the sauce when making a Bacon & Blue Cauliflower Bomb. It accompanies this Bacon Buffalo Chicken Casserole like they were made for each other!
What are your favorite ways to enjoy blue cheese salad dressing? Personally, I love dipping fresh vegetables in it or even dipping pizza in it.

About the Cheese in this Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
I made this Blue Cheese Salad Dressing with some amazing cheese that we got at our local farmer’s market last week. I was able to get a wedge of this Dunbarton Cheddar Blue from The Cheese People. But you could make this blue cheese salad dressing with crumbles from the grocery store too.
I Love Thick & Creamy Salad Dressings
Thick and creamy salad dressings are one of my must have items. I have difficulty with watered down versions and homemade is always so much better than store bought! My husband sometimes will have to thin out his portion of salad dressing because i would prefer things to be more along the lines of a dip myself.
How I store this Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
I typically store thicker salad dressings in a mason jar with the plastic storage lids. This is perfect for this dressing because it doesn’t pour like some of the thinner ones. If you prefer you can thin this down to a more pour-able consistency especially if you are using it in a Salad in a Jar from the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook . I do like to use this as a dip for my non starchy veggies when having an S meal or snack in my personal Trim Healthy Mama journey.

So do you consider 2 Tbsp, 1 serving of this to be an S? It looks like an FP. I get confused with these things ;-D

I do, but many times we don’t measure exactly which is why I labeled it an S 🙂
