I am so excited to share this cherry cobbler smoothie with you today!! Especially since we are starting cherry season here in northern Illinois.
Cherries are one of my favorite fruits and are a wonderful source of antioxidents as well as a family favorite for us.
I love that I can enjoy cherries on plan with Trim Healthy Mama and get some of those healthy carbs into my meals, shakes and snacks.

I’ve had an idea to recreate this Wild Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie into other flavors for quite a while now. It happens to be one of the most popular recipes on my blog.
I was able to catch cherries on sale last week so Ive been making all kinds of yummy recipes with them, I promise I will post more of them soon! But let’s get back to this amazing cherry cobbler smoothie shall we.
Many mama’s following the Trim Healthy Mama Plan have a bit of a hard time thinking up those glorious E meals that are so trimming. This Cherry Cobbler Smoothie makes it quick and easy as you please.
Using Pressure Cooker Oatmeal and fresh or frozen dark cherries you can have an amazing energizing cherry cobbler smoothie in no time!!
I don’t have a fancy blender, in fact I started THM with this oster blender
And then My son Shane got me this Ninja for Christmas a couple years ago. So just know that what you have will work just be patient with it.
The Cherry Cobbler Smoothie Recipe
- Serves: 1
- Serving size: 1
- Calories: 305
- Fat: 5g
- Carbohydrates: 37g
- Sodium: 811mg
- Fiber: 5g
- Protein: 27g
- Cholesterol: 10mg
- ½ cup cooked oatmeal
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup 1% cottage cheese
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherries
- 2 tablespoons THM Pristine Whey Protein
- 1½ cups ice
- Place cooked oats and almond milk into blender, process until smooth. Add all other ingredients and process until smooth.
