I believe I need to start writing out my goals for this week and a few more to come. Why? Because to be honest I get derailed way to often with what Rick and I call “shiney objects”. In other words I get distracted by the newer stuff and forget about what my plans were etc. And then things go sideways. Does that happen to you? Can you relate?…

I love how this Meal Planner Page came out!! It is by far my favorite Tool!
And I’m writing out my goals, not just for THM but in general.
My goals for 6-12-16 through 6-19-16
- Make a Meal Plan and Stick to it (will share this)
- Take new weights and measurements
- Make a Grocery list and stick to it (yep, I will share this also)
- Try the new Trim Taco Train Soup
- Work on the Camper Cushions
- Drink more Water
- Spend less time on social media
